Ashlea Shrogen

Director of Rehab

Ashlea is a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant and has 20 years of experience as a COTA. She has worked in acute care, acute rehab, home health care, and in skilled nursing facilities. Ashlea especially enjoys working in skilled nursing facilities as it is her honor to work with our elder population and ensure that they can function and thrive in their environment. She brings 10 years of management experience to the great team at Regent Park. Outside of work, Ashlea enjoys spending time with her family watching and playing sports and any outdoor activities. She and her husband have 2 boys that will surely be Notre Dame football fans.
