Andy Headley

Director of Environmental Services

Andy holds a B.S. in Business Management with an emphasis in Facilities Management from the University of Phoenix. He began his career in maintenance before transitioning into facilities management for the LDS Church, where he oversaw 26 buildings across three states. Seeking a change and less travel, Andy joined a nursing facility and quickly discovered how much he enjoyed working in this field and building relationships with residents.

Andy values meeting new people and learning new skills that help him serve others every day. He appreciates the stable, friendly, and loyal environment at Regent Park and is proud to be part of a top-notch team.
Outside of work, Andy spends most of his time with his wife, adult children, and grandchildren. He enjoys nature and wildlife and is an avid hunter.
