Yesenia Nelson, RN, brings a diverse clinical and leadership background to her role as Care Coordinator at Regent Park. Her experience spans acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, and nursing leadership, with prior roles across medical-surgical units, emergency services, ICU, obstetrics, and post-acute care.

Yesenia values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff, and believes that clear communication and strong teamwork are the foundation of compassionate, high-quality care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness.
