Jennifer Weiszbrod

RN, MDS Coordinator for Belmont

Jennifer is a Registered Nurse with 12 years of experience, having earned her ADN in 2014. Inspired by her father’s legacy as a Physician Assistant, she began her clinical career as a CNA, where she discovered a deep passion for caring for the geriatric population. This led her to pursue a career as an LTC/SNF nurse.

Throughout her nursing journey, Jennifer has held roles including MDS Coordinator, Care Coordinator, and Director of Nursing. She has a particular interest in MDS, enjoying the challenge of case mix reimbursement and developing comprehensive care plans to ensure staff are fully aware of resident needs.

Jennifer loves her position at Regent Park because it allows her to support the clinical team behind the scenes in delivering exceptional resident care, while also working in a leadership role alongside a dedicated and compassionate team.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys camping, biking, reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, and spending time with her family during game nights.
