Megan has over 18 years of experience in healthcare, beginning her career as a CNA and medication aide before advancing into LPN and registered nurse leadership roles. She has extensive experience in hospice, infection prevention, wound care, skilled rehabilitation services, and long-term care. Megan is dedicated to achieving positive patient outcomes and is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

With a deep commitment to the long-term care and elderly community, she takes pride in supporting both patients and staff while fostering a culture of quality care and teamwork.

Megan grew up in Texas and along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where she developed a love for the beach and Southern comfort food. She is married and a proud mother of two who enjoys spending time with her family. She values balancing family life with her dedication to caring for others, both personally and professionally.
