John became interested in cooking and decided to work in a restaurant during his early high school years. He went to culinary school at Johnson and Wales in Denver, Colorado. After a brief time working in a restaurant and hotel, he became the head Chef at Regent Park in Wichita, Kansas. He decided to obtain his Certified Dietary Manager’s license in 2015 and became CDM for Regent Park shortly after. In his spare time, John enjoys participating in all kinds of sports and enjoys the many opportunities that Wichita provides.
