Kelsie Matta

Director of Human Resources

Kelsie has over 14 years of human resources experience with most of that time spent in aviation and healthcare. She has also achieved a degree of Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University. She is passionate about the work she does and loves the fact that a strong HR team can enhance the core of a company, which then positively influences other areas of the company. She is dedicated to providing high-quality work and integrity in everything she does.

Kelsie has been a member of the Junior League of Wichita since 2015 and she has served as president of her neighborhood HOA since 2023.

Outside of work and volunteering Kelsie enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children and cheering on the Kansas State Wildcats and the Kansas City Chiefs!
